FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions What payment methods are available to purchase InFoPak info boxes from REAL ESTATE INFO BOX.com? Currently, we use only PayPal due to the ease and high security it offers to our clients. You may either use your current PayPal account or simply use your the PayPal portal to enter your credit/debit card information. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and debit cards. For more information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com Do I need to set up a PayPal account to make a purchase? No you do not need to set up a PayPal account. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and bank debit cards. What communications will I receive directly from REAL ESTATE INFO BOX.com after I place my order? You can expect to receive two e-mails from Real Estate Info Box.com - the first to confirm your order and the second e-mail with your UPS tracking number for the shipment of the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail no later than 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you have not received these, please check your Spam folder. How long does it generally take to receive my order? This depends on several factors including time and day you placed your order. All orders as shipped via UPS Ground Services. Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere from four to eight business days. Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office (PO) Box? No. UPS will NOT ship to a Post Office Box. All deliveries must be made to a valid business or residential address. How do I check the status of my order? Orders are generally processed the same day they are received. You can always call us at 574-320-2281. Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number, simply visit www.ups.com and insert your tracking number to get the latest status on your shipment. Where is the InFoPaK manufactured? The InFoPak is manufactured in the USA. What hardware is included with my order? Each InFoPaK will come with (2) nylon cable ties, (2) wood screws and (1) Red "Take One" decal. How many sheets of paper can the InFoPaK hold? 200 8.5" x 11" sheets of paper. |
